Our staff provides planning of all aspects of crowd management. Dealing with large crowds not only for their safety, but their comfort. Strategic Tour Consulting will assist in creating a crowd management plan, exterior, interior, seating, ingress and egress. Our staff will interact with police, fire, and medical personnel as a liaison between the bands and entertainers as well as venue managers. We will advance shows to insure staff requirements are met as well as training and various vendors/contractors understand their rolls.
Some events have special security needs. Strategic Tour Consulting can provide detailed advice on how best to reduce risk and safe guard your organization’s vital interests. There are two types of security, T-shirt security which typically takes care of stage area, mix, back stage and dressing rooms. The other type is uniform guard service which is responsible for property protection, venue entrance points etc… There are also personnel protection specialist which would assist in protecting the entertainers. Our staff will assist in the various needs to insure all requirements are met.
